MEET THE NEW RECYCLIX MANAGEMENT TEAM: MESSAGE TO PARTICIPANTS

Dear investors of Recyclix,

My name is Yaroslav Mikhalsky and I will serve as the chairman of the new management team of Recyclix and together with my colleagues we will be handling the crisis management program and ensuring that this procedure is performed in an inclusive and efficient way.

As you might have seen it in the latest update post on Facebook, we already announced the approximate dates when provision of compensations to the Recyclix participants will commence. For those users who haven’t had an opportunity to get familiar with the post, I would like to repeat that it’s estimated that the process of provision of compensations would start in June, whilst from now on all news on the progress of the crisis management plan and current events will be published by our team members on Recyclix’s website and its official Facebook page in English.

ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

My colleagues and I believe that transparency and clarity are crucial when it comes to achieving any goal in a big company—especially if it has to do with management of funds—and this is why now I would like to tell you more about the crisis management plan that Recyclix will launch in the nearest future.

All compensations will be paid through a special crisis management center that will be opened in the short term. Funds for provision of compensations were already partially allocated and as soon as the crisis management center have been opened and our team has finished the thorough fiscal and property audit of the company, the process of the compensation provision will be started.

For purposes of enhanced transparency an oversight committee consisting of members of Recyclix themselves will be formed. We will be informing you the progress of the crisis management program in the next newsletters as well as on the official Facebook page of Recyclix.

ON CURRENT EVENTS

There’s another important thing that I would like to let you know about in this newsletter as our team has found a couple of strange things about Recyclix following the commencement of the company’s fiscal and property audit.

You may have heard about the issue with Ruslan Puksto who tried to illegally take over the company by forging the official documents back in January 2017. Unfortunately, it turns out that a similar situation took place once again on March 23 due to unknown reasons, most probably by the way of forging the official documents too, and currently Recyclix is being illegally controlled by a certain Igor Pshenychnyi. For enhanced safety the funds allocated for provision of compensations were stored in Latvian Citadele bank as well as on the accounts of BEPAY company. However, last week a large payment has been made to a Finnish branch of Nordea bank without consent of BEPAY management board.

Nordea bank has been already contacted about it, but we still haven’t received either definite answers or solutions to this problem. This is why we would like to kindly ask all of you who made payments to Recyclix via BEPAY company to get in touch with Nordea bank using this complaint letter template COMPLAINT LETTER TEMPLATE at Nordea Customer Service and demand for a financial fraud investigation to be carried out.

And though upon arrival at Recyclix our team was not expecting such difficulties to arise, all necessary documents for the commencement of an official investigation have been already handed over to the law enforcement authorities. A very similar case—an illegal takeover of the company that happened back in January—was solved in a rapid way thanks to the hard work of investigating officers.

We would like to let you know that these investigations should not affect the estimated dates of the commencement of the compensation provision plan announced earlier, especially if as many of you as possible will contact Nordea bank and ask them to launch an investigation into the unlawful financial transaction from BEPAY company to their bank.

Apart from this, the initial phase of the company’s fiscal and property audit has shown that the previous management board of Recyclix tried to cover embezzlement incidents by some of its members. Our team has already launched a special internal investigation into such facts of misappropriation of funds by the old management team.

At this point I would like to bring this newsletter to a conclusion and let you know that it will be a pleasure to work with all you in the following months to ensure a seamless process of provision of the corresponding compensations.

Answering Important Questions on Current Events and Future Developments

Over the past couple of weeks, which were spent on working towards a sensible and efficient solution to the obstacles Recyclix encountered, we received an array of questions about the current events and further developments in our company via our social media and customer support services.

That is why we picked out the most frequent of them and decided to provide transparent and clear answers to those issues that are most important to you in this special Q&A session.

Question: What is currently happening with Recyclix?

Answer: Following a streak of unfortunate events that Recyclix was recently challenged with, we came across a display of mala fide behaviour and attitudes on behalf of some of our partners who decided to take advantage of the company’s unstable situation and failed to meet their obligations. All of this led to an unexpected lack of working assets and funds at Recyclix’s disposal.

Q: How is the company going to handle it and what will happen with my investment?

A: A special crisis management program that will handle provision of the corresponding compensations to the users—about which we are going to tell you more below—will be implemented in the soonest possible time.

Q: What will happen with Recyclix as soon as the crisis management program has been successfully completed?

A: In the coming days the current executive board of Recyclix as well as all customer support and all other team members will leave the company, whilst the crisis management program will be launched and carried out from start to finish by a group of professionals with relevant experience who were not associated with the company before.

Q: What was the reason for such a sudden and drastic change in the company’s functioning?

A: Regretfully, a sequence of unfavorable proceedings beyond anyone’s control that we were faced with led to a plunge in the company’s reputation, reaffirming the need for establishing a different and more pliant structure and business model.

Following these events the concept of the company was reconsidered and a new business model meant to ensure a long-standing functioning of green and renewable energy projects was masterminded. This is why it was decided that after handing the reins over to the experts in crisis management, the current executive board members will leave Recyclix for a new green project that will serve as a revenue source to solve the issue of pending withdrawals.

Q: A new project? What about it?

A: With a revised and enhanced business model, our operations will be shifted to South America. Our ultimate goal is to devise a system that constantly generates revenue without the need to attract new users as well as runs and regulates itself without jeopardizing its own integrity. Such system will be backed by a green community that is lead and managed by shareholders or members with voting rights from this very community.

More information and details about the new venture will be made public in the near future.

Q: Earlier you mentioned the crisis management program. Can you tell me more about it?

A: In the coming days the new management board of Recyclix will form a special crisis management pool and make certain changes in the company’s production workflows in order to ensure a smooth process of handling compensations for users.

Q: What exactly the crisis management program will feature?

A: The newly developed crisis management program consists of four steps.

Firstly, experts from the new executive board of Recyclix will host a public webinar sharing details about the company’s current financial activities and revealing a schedule of the oncoming compensations.

Secondly, an online crisis management center for settlement of payments will be opened. Thirdly, a thorough audit of the company’s assets and funds will be carried out. Fourthly, a special crisis management pool will be formed in order to commence the procedure of providing user compensations.

Apart from this, to make sure that this process takes place in a transparent and seamless way, additional strategically important administrative units—an internal committee of fiscal and property audit as well as a committee for establishing a crisis management pool—will be formed.

PARTICIPATION IN PRS AMSTERDAM 2017 CANCELLED

RECYCLIX® ON CANCELLATION OF ITS PARTICIPATION IN PRS AMSTERDAM 2017

On account of the unfortunate proceedings that Recyclix was recently challenged with as well as a large amount of time and effort necessary to cope with their consequences, it was decided to withdraw our entry in the Plastic Recycling Show Amsterdam 2017 on March 29th – 30th and cancel our participation in the event.

Currently the management board hold daily meetings in order to analyse the possibilities and adopt a viable solution for overcoming the obstacles that our company has lately encountered.

Apart from it, due to a massive number of incoming emails, calls, and ID verification requests as well as a variety of other administrative tasks that Recyclix is dealing with at the moment, temporary staff has been taken on to tackle these matters in a timely way.

We would like to remind you that the Recyclix team is working towards resolving the issue of pending payouts, the update on which will be published as soon as all the alternatives have been thoroughly evaluated.

Our close-knit community was founded on mutual trust, working together for the cause of making the world a cleaner and richer place, and principles of ensuring the growth of the Recyclix family worldwide. RECYCLIX® ON FURTHER STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH

Further to the information that was published in the previous newsletter, Recyclix would like to provide important information, details and updates on the consequences of the massive fire that hit its Brożek Recycling Plant on February 14th, 2017. 

Recyclix would like to clarify that in order to be as transparent as it has always been, additional information will be provided continuously to all those who are indirectly involved in this event. 

Investigations were immediately started by the local authorities and the involved insurance companies but the nature of the fire is still unclear, which doesn’t allow having a clear and complete picture of the situation yet.

In order to develop a professional recovery plan Recyclix Management has met an expert group, consisting of professional consultants, lawyers and qualified partners, and is happy to inform that it resulted into an action plan that will guarantee to overcome this particular and temporary crisis.

Big investors, who have shown interest in supporting Recyclix’s business during the meetings, confirmed their willingness to invest into an industrial investment fund that has the aim to finance all necessary actions to overcome the difficulties Recyclix is currently facing. 

The fund will be monitored and supervised through the banking authority that way securing the investments and guaranteeing to benefit from safe profits. It will be also promoted worldwide by the institutional and financial services like Bloomberg and etc., to attract investors from all over the world. 

Technical procedures will be completed in March; this is why detailed information cannot yet be published. Though subscriptions will be operational this month already, to collect a significant amount of capital used to purchase new raw material and equipment in order to fully restore the production capacity of the facilities that are already operative and of those under construction or in a phase of acquisition.

This strategy is necessary to normalize the activity and to restore the investment by the end of June. The availability of waste throughout the European Community and beyond is already being examined. The waste to be bought is for further selling through the recyclix.com website alike it has been before. 

Every investor can benefit from the newly proposed investment fund through procedures that will be announced shortly, that way creating the opportunity to help Recyclix recover from the fire but at the same time safeguarding his investment. 

Recyclix is currently working on a solution of offering its users an option to convert the temporarily suspended waste packages into shares of the above-mentioned fund.

The application for the registration and activation of the fund has been already submitted and is now to be authorized by the respective banking authority; the update will follow immediately once the approval has been given.

We would like to encourage the entire supportive Recyclix community to work together to fully restore the business activities as soon as possible.

Despite of what happened; Recyclix management is determined to move forward to solve all the current issues in an efficient and rapid way. We are convinced that with your understanding and support Recyclix will be back on the stage of the big European Recycling companies very soon.
