Recyclix's Future Plans in 2017

RECYCLIX ROCKS BASEL AND REVEALS FUTURE STRATEGY

On November 16th – 17th, Recyclix welcomed hundreds of visitors at the international recycling expo Solids Basel (Schüttgut) in Switzerland and won the prestigious SES award given to the most-attended stand with the best concept. Recyclix also announced that is well on its way to achieving its start-up financial target of 14 million euros - a goal projected to be reached by October 2017. This paves the way for the company’s move from a start-up into a more established and renowned stable financial system that offers a wide range of very profitable and business-favorable options.

Recyclix has done it again, making a huge splash and continuing its streak as one of the biggest, most popular, and most sought-after exhibitors in the international recycling expo circuit. This time Recyclix conquered Solids Basel (Schüttgut) in Switzerland.

Mr. Klaus Heusslein, Recyclix Chief Compliance Officer, said:

“The exhibition turned out to be a huge success, hundreds of our partners have visited us at our stand, our presentation has been the most attended event during the expo and last but not least, the expo management has awarded Recyclix with the "SES award" for our innovative concept! Needless to say, this was not possible without the dedicated support of our members who scheduled their visit from all over the world to see our team at these events.”

As was promised earlier, Recyclix is publishing its Interim Financial Report, which includes important financial data that shares business figures and statistics that make the company so profitable. Please follow the download to review the document.

But the biggest buzz at last week's expo was regarding the announced change of the company’s revenue system.

“Recyclix is on track to achieve its financial start-up target of 14 million euros. By now we are halfway there, so our projections place this goal to be reached by October 2017. We will always be proud and grateful of everything we have achieved through the continuous support and involvement of our multitude of members. It has proven to be the right strategy for our initial business model, and has worked remarkably well. But with this incredible growth comes our responsibility to safeguard the long term sustainability and profitability of the company and to protect the interests of our members at the same time.

This is only possible if financial involvements are at par with the actual production capacities at our existing facilities.”, the management board of the company stated.

To avoid speculation and disinformation, Recyclix provided a brief overview on the planned transition, confirming that the current system will be closed for new registration and new waste packages as soon as it reaches its start-up financial goal of 14 million euros. From the date of the closure, all existing members will still continue to earn and receive payouts with their existing packages for a further period of 10 cycles (roughly another year, by Oct 2018). This guarantees that everyone who is participating in our current concept will be able to see a return of investments with a profit margin.

Mr. Mark Kowal, Recyclix COO, stated:

“After this 10-cycle transition period, we will completely move into a new system. Recyclix will focus completely on our core business, which is waste management. For those who want to continue participating in our system, there will be a possibility to do so through an investment fund based in Malta, which will be backed by bank guarantees to safeguard the principals invested. The launch of this new platform is planned for the beginning of 2017, so our partners will have the choice to participate in both systems (until Oct 2018) or to smoothly move over to the new system.”

The company’s management is very proud that Recyclix is only getting bigger and better. Those continuing their participation in Recyclix’s successful business will be offered to invest into a fund, operated from the island nation of Malta, which is fast becoming the most attractive destination for entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, and international companies due to its well-developed, stable financial system that offers a wide range of very profitable and business-favorable options. The Malta fund is now in the late stages of official finalization and will be open to investors with a minimum of 100,000 euros.

Mr. Klaus Heusslein, Recyclix CCO, also reassured:

“For our existing members who are not able to invest such a high amount of money, the fund will offer a way to participate through external investor-pools. More details on this will follow as soon we have finalized the exact procedures and conditions. However, we point out that we are willing to offer the opportunity to participate in the new concept to everyone, regardless of the amount that they can afford to invest.”

The amount that will be raised from this fund will be earmarked for further Recyclix expansion in other countries, research and development of new revenue streams available in the recycling industry, and continuing on a mission to be a global ambassador for the environment. Full terms and details will be announced at a later date, as soon as the new platform is ready to launch.

Anticipating the possibility of speculations and misconceptions due to this announcement, it is strongly advised not to pay heed to any misinformation that may be spread, instead making sure users get their corporate information on official communication channels. UPCOMING SOLIDS BASEL 2016

Did you know that since the launch of Recyclix as an online platform in 2015, we have seen almost one million registrations? This is a mind-boggling number, even if we discount non-active and trial accounts. That is why we are always delighted to reach out to the hundreds of thousands of actual members who remain supportive and actively involved in our recycling business endeavors, from then until now.

We are so excited for the upcoming Solids Basel on November 16-17 in Switzerland, where the whole Recyclix team will be present and happy to meet and speak with you at Stand B12. This is also where we will also officially release the interim financial report we mentioned in the previous newsletter in conjunction with the Basel event. Make sure you have registered your participation.

The last few weeks also saw our development and technical team working very hard to continuously improve user experience on our website. We are committed to making sure you have the best options and the most secure way of managing your accounts. So please review the below summary of recent improvements that we implemented:

1. Downloadable and printable pdf documents are now available for BTC and credit card deposits for your records and reference. You can see this on your Deposits History page.
2. The 12% commission from direct referrals can now be credited either to your Withdrawal or Account Balance. Please make your selection on your Edit Profile page.
3. You can review your Equipment Units purchases on your History page.
4. To avoid mistakenly selling materials before it is financially profitable, the SELL button has been disabled for users with selling revenue share of less than 33.33%. Should you still wish to sell despite a possible loss, please email our support team to enable the sell feature on your profile.
5. As announced last month, the automatic referral links are now completely removed for every user. To sponsor a new user, they would have to manually enter your account ID during the registration process.

As we make these positive changes on the online platform, we are also making big strides on our physical locations and facilities. The construction of the Lobez facility is going ahead as scheduled. We appreciate your huge support and interest in this ongoing project, so much so that our website servers sometimes have a difficult time coping with the large number of people watching the live stream. This is why we have taken them off for the time being and will them available on a different online channel very soon.

Another important event we are celebrating is the establishment of our Italian office in its financial and fashion capital, Milan. The main goal of this office is to get us in touch with Italian granule buyers and providers of plastic waste. Please note that, like in all the other offices you need to fix an appointment if you want to visit our staff members in this office, which is located in the Copernico Building in Via Copernico 38, Milan.

As we end on that very high note, we thank you once again for being with us through out this year. Now that the summer vacation season is behind us, and on the heels of our wildly successful Open Days in Zagan, Poland last month, we are again picking up the pace and we are back with another full-packed edition of our newsletter!

To start off, we want to thank you for making Recyclix one of the world’s top 5000 websites! This achievement is only thanks to the hardworking spirit of our team as well as your passionate support for the work we do for the environment and your financial future.

Yet another positive news, which makes Recyclix even more robust and user-friendly, is the launch of withdrawals directly to credit cards. As of now, it’s only possible to withdraw your earnings to credit cards, not debit, issued in EUR by banks from the European Union that allow receipt of instant payments. Feel free to check out this helpful feature and use it if you have a EUR credit card as there are no commissions on withdrawals over €100.

As you can see on your accounts by now, we have implemented the new affiliate system that we discussed in the previous newsletter. We are now giving a 12% commission for every external deposit of your direct referral. The automatic affiliate links are removed, and instead your referrals have to manually enter your account ID on the sign up page. All other policies associated with Recyclix’s affiliate system will remain the same. Only deposits made by BTC, bank account, and credit cards are eligible for commissions and just like before there is a 7-day hold before the commission is released into your balance. We are very pleased with the overwhelmingly positive response we have been receiving regarding this change. It is wonderful to know that we, as one community, are all passionate about our shared goal of making sure Recyclix remains the best and most profitable recycling business model there is.

Of course, there are some challenges that come hand in hand when any business becomes as successful as Recyclix. In the last week, we have been doing our best to keep up with processing your deposits and sending out payments that encountered some delays due to technical issues that our mass payment provider recently experienced, as well as the high number of ineligible micro-payments we have received. We thank you for your patience as we resolve all pending transactions by this week. Rest assured that no transaction will be missed or lost - they are just in queue and will be processed as soon as possible.

We reconfirm our commitment to transparency and trustworthiness, and as promised, we are soon publishing an interim financial report that will be completely public and will provide the most detailed information about the company’s growth, which is your personal growth too. The work on the report is underway so be sure to stay tuned for more news about it.

What we can tell you now is that the initial site visit to the facility we are considering to take over in Bari, Italy went without a hitch last week. Our team was able to survey the location, observe operations, and hold further discussions. The final decision will be made after we exercise the proper due diligence and thoroughly analyze all business opportunities this project offers. News of our final decision will of course be shared with all of you in upcoming newsletters.

Our next newsletter will be an Interim Financial Report that will include important financial statistics and data that we are happy to share with our users, as well as upcoming plans for future international expansion. It was like a dream come true indeed and we were beyond excited. The 226 attendees of the 2nd Recyclix's Open Days in Zagan, Poland had the chance to follow comprehensive presentations, networking, and tours of our facilities that hopefully enlightened the participants even more about our business model and how much more we can grow together in the future.

We were also joined once more by Ms. Natalia Cudecka-Purinja from the Latvian Ministry of Environmental Protection who shared a very timely and crucial presentation on the immediate need for a new recycling mind-set and what resources are available for ecological efforts such as what Recyclix is pushing.

But of course we offered also an extensive social and cultural program. Our guests were treated to a palatial venue, a show of fire and light, hot air balloon adventures, a cavalry show, music and dancing, amazing food and plenty of drinks, warm hospitality, and true camaraderie among like-minded people.

We are also very proud to have offered live video streaming of all the events to make sure our members who were not able to come to Poland this time could also be a part of the whole experience from the comfort of their own homes. We will of course have a highlight reel available, as well as a selection of the best photos, on our social media page soon for everyone to enjoy.

Moving on, we would like to issue a clarification as some members have been interested in our collaboration with McDonald's Netherlands and unfortunately some confusion has arisen from an inaccurate translation of the original documentation. We are indeed proud to work with them through our partner company Plamika UAB, Lithuania, that has won the contract to process all of the waste materials. We on the other hand have collaborated with Plamika UAB, Lithuania to handle the plastic wastes as a subcontractor.

Recyclix is making sure that, hand in hand with our continued success and expansion, we are also in line with all regulatory and legal responsibilities as an international company. Our compliance to financial and corporate laws is of utmost importance to us to maintain our legitimacy and ensure the long-term sustainability and security of Recyclix as a business entity. Our first step is to create a Compliance Department, which will be headed by our Chief Compliance Officer Klaus Heusslein based at our Koblenz, Germany office.

We have already started implementing procedures, first of all to fulfill our responsibility to inform you that any appropriate taxes deriving from your Recyclix profits are to be reported as per your own country's specific taxation laws. Please consult with an authorized tax adviser in your country if you are not sure how this applies to you.

The security and integrity of our databases is also another important focus of our Compliance Department. In accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we will now appoint an independent expert called Q-Gen to handle and manage our user identity validations. The validation process will remain the same and it will still be done through our user interface via selfie and document upload, so there is no added inconvenience to the users. In connection with this, we remind you once more that you should NOT under any circumstances use someone else's financial accounts (Paypal, bank account, credit card, etc.) to deposit or withdraw to your account. Please make sure to regularly review our terms as any flagrant violation will result into account suspensions or outright termination without recompense as we reserve the right to forfeit all account funds and donate them to worthy environmental causes that Recyclix is passionate about.

Our long-term vision is to make Recyclix a globally recognizable brand in recycling and we truly appreciate your efforts and enthusiasm in helping us reach this goal. Unfortunately, there was some misconception that Recyclix is just another Multi Level Marketing company, which we are definitely not. Our activities are solely about plastic recycling, and affiliate marketing is just an added bonus. To avoid confusion and to further solidify our brand as a recycling company, we will move away from the 4-level affiliate structure and simply give a 12% bonus for every deposit of a direct referral.

This change will not happen instantly but since it requires also some technical changes, we expect that the new system will be implemented by mid of October. We have added an online calculator to demonstrate how earnings with Recyclix works.

Please note that if you do not invest your own funds and just use your 20€ bonus, it will take a few complete cycles to generate enough profit to make a successful withdrawal as the minimum is 20 euros.

However, if you have waste worth €100 (500kg), in three weeks you will have regrind material worth €200 because the sale price for regrind is €0.40/kg.

If you click on Recycle, you get 6% of the total waste purchase amount (your initial 100€) as per guidelines and that is €6 of profit.

In another two weeks you will have granules worth €300 (500 kg x €0.60/kg).

When you click on RESTART, you get 8% of the difference between the granules selling price and regrind selling price. In this case, it's 8% of €100 (300 less 200). This is €8 of profit.

Therefore, when you have €100 balance, €6 and €8 will be the profits you keep when you keep recycling over and over without selling goods straight away. The total earnings are 14€ per 5-week cycle.

The number of full recycling cycles is not limited. In order to transfer your accumulated profit to your account balance, please click on RECYCLE button after the completion of the cycle. In this case, the process will begin again using the same volume of waste material you had first.

On the other hand, if you sell your goods, you will receive the 25% share of the selling price. You will not get the total value of your goods because the revenue is shared between you, orthe investor, and us as well as other partners that contribute to covering the company's overhead and production expenses.

So the 300€ of granules would turn to 75€ of cashout when you sell them. You will also get the 6€ you earned for the first 3-week period of the cycle. However, you will NOT get the 8€ for the final 2-week period because that is an incentive only for people who choose to continue recycling. In total, you will get 81€ if you sell outright, and that's actually less than you initially had which was 100€. There is no mistake here.

And that's why we would like to inform you that it makes a lot business sense to withdraw all your funds and sell goods ONLY IF you have increased your revenue share beforehand by buying equipment shares to increase your revenue split share for at least 33% to make selling of goods profitable. However, you can only buy equipment shares if you have at least 5000 kilos of waste to start with. If you have less than this, you can only get income by keeping your goods intact and recycling continuously, taking the 6% and 8% profit accordingly.

MAXIMIZING YOUR EARNINGS

Obviously, there are ways to boost your revenue. Below are three of such techniques that you can use for profit maximizin:

1. Deposit funds into your account to buy a larger volume of waste. The larger the amount of waste you are processing, the higher the profits will be. We accept deposits through wire transfer, Bitcoin, and bank cards with 3d authentication enabled. The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR. The maximum one-time deposit via credit cards is capped at 250 EUR, while Bitcoins and wire transfer deposits are not limited.

Deposits will be reflected on your account as soon as it arrives into our own bank account which can take 1-3 business days, depending on bank schedule. We can also credit funds only when the billing department is open (weekdays, 10am-5pm Warsaw time).

Purchasing waste or equipment unit shares directly from your profits is now possible by making a withdrawal request into your Account Balance.

2. Purchase unit shares in equipment used in the recycling process, but ONLY AFTER you have reached your quota of 5000 kilos of recycling material. By purchasing the available shares in the recycling equipment, you will be able to boost your profit from 14% for the entire recycling cycle up to 50% upon sale of granules depending on the amount of shares you purchased. Funds spent on purchase of the production facilities are non-refundable since they give you unlimited benefits for receiving higher profits. 3. Invite others to join Recyclix and get a commission. Referral commissions are earnings you get as a reward for every new member who signs up using your unique partner code found on the link on your members area under the partners tab. The commission only applies to Active memebrs, meaning those that deposited funds into their accounts. The bonus EUR 20 we are giving away to new members as a promotion is not counted. You can earn commissions from downlines up to 4 levels (10% for 1st level partners, 3% for second, 2% for third and 1% for fourth level). Commissions are released after 7 days on hold.

Please note that ideally we prefer that members do not cross-refer or stack their accounts as this might cause them to be flagged by our security system as possible auto or bot registrations. We also do not allow more than one account per person. If there will be multiple accounts opened under each other from the same IP, their withdrawal method would be limited to bank transfer only for the FIRST withdrawal transaction, and different bank details shall have to be provided to validate each account holder as a separate entity. After this initial withdrawal, these accounts can now also use Paypal or a BTC wallet. You also cannot use the same credit card to deposit funds into different accounts.

WITHDRAWAL OF PROFITS

You can withdraw your earnings to your Paypal account, Bitcoin wallet, or a SEPA bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20€. In order to place a payout request, please click on your balance button at the upper right corner in your member’s area page, specify the necessary payout amount, choose the payout method, and provide all necessary information about the payee.

Payout requests are processed on business days during working hours, from 10 AM to 5PM, Warsaw time. All Bitcoin payments are performed automatically, Paypal requests are processed the same day, and bank transfers are made on business days only.

RECYCLING GUIDELINES

We would like to remind you that our company is engaged in plastic waste recycling and we offer you to take part in it as a recycler using revenue share model. It works really easy: you purchase waste and then receive profits.

You can make a deposit via credit cards and Bitcoin as well as wire transfer. After making the deposit, you will be able to choose yourself in what way to make money work for you.

Firstly, you can purchase waste for recycling. Secondly, you can buy regrind material that is produced from plastics and is used for making granules. Thirdly, you can purchase a share in our equipment in order to contribute to the factory’s growth and receive benefits.

Depending on your choice and several factors like cycle duration, volume of recycled material, current climate on the recycling market, and factory growth rate, you will receive a revenue share.

You can vary your earnings by buying more waste and opting for an unfinished or full recycling cycle. Recyclix is responsible for the safety of funds you spend on the raw material as well as for receipt of profits by you in the exact amount specified in your member’s area and purchase of materials recycled by you at any time.

Apart from it, you can earn by attracting new partners for Recyclix up to the 4th level of your referrals and get your profits within 7 days after we receive every deposit made by new participants invited by you. You can find more about it in your member’s area.

PAYMENTS

The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR. The maximum one-time deposit via credit cards is capped at 250 EUR, Bitcoins and wire transfer deposits are not limited.

The minimum payout amount is 20 EUR. The maximum payout amount via Paypal is capped at 5,000 EUR, Bitcoins and wire transfer deposits are not limited.

EARNING WITH RECYCLIX

You receive 6% from the amount of recycled material after the 1st recycling cycle that takes 3 weeks.

Then you receive 8% more from the difference in price of the material after the 2nd recycling cycle that takes 2 weeks.

Totally, you receive 14% from the amount of recycled material after the full recycling cycle that takes 5 weeks.

The number of full recycling cycles is not limited. In order to transfer your accumulated profit to your account balance, please click on RECYCLE button after the completion of the cycle.

If you want to recycle large amounts of waste with the value from 1000 to 50,000 EUR, or 5000 to 250,000 kilos of waste, you will be provided new opportunities to generate even more profits by purchasing shares in recycling equipment.

By purchasing available shares in the recycling equipment, you will be able to boost your profit from 14% for the entire recycling cycle to 50% upon sale of the granules.

Funds spent on purchase of the production facilities are non-refundable since they give you unlimited benefits for receiving higher profits.

RECYCLING EQUIPMENT

You can purchase 5 different equipment units at our factory.

FORKLIFT

Used for transporting waste within the factory premises. Increases the amount of waste you can purchase but doesn’t influence the revenue share.

The maximum purchase amount of forklift shares is 10,000 EUR.

SORTING LINE

Used for sorting out the waste for its further recycling. Increases the amount of waste you can purchase and your revenue share by 4% to 8% to 32%.

The maximum purchase amount of sorting line shares is 20,000 EUR.

SHREDDER

Used for speeding up the grinding process of waste for its further recycling. Increases the amount of waste you can purchase and your revenue share by 5% to 9% to 33%.

The maximum purchase amount of shredder shares is 30,000 EUR.

WASHING LINE

Used for speeding up the washing process of the material. Increases the amount of waste you can purchase and your revenue share by 7% to 10% to 35%.

The maximum purchase amount of washing line shares is 40,000 EUR.

GRANULATOR

Used for melting and molding the final product, granules. Increases the amount of waste you can purchase and your revenue share by 8% to 13% to 50%.

The maximum purchase amount of granulator shares is 50,000 EUR.

IMPORTANT TIPS

If you would like to receive the entire amount of funds you have spent for the purchase of material, you will need to click on Sale button after the completion of any cycle. We will sell your material and send you the money.

In case if you want to sell the material after the first or the second cycle, you will have a negative account balance since the revenue share won’t be sufficient for creating a positive difference in price.

For example, you buy waste for 100 EUR and then sell granules after the completion of the full cycle for 300 EUR. Your profits for the first cycle will be 6 EUR.

Your profits will depend on your revenue share and amount to at least 25% according to the rules. This way, you will receive 25% from 300 EUR or 75 EUR. Overall, you will earn 6 EUR and 75 EUR or 81 EUR after the full recycling cycle.

We recommend you to take the production process information displayed on our website seriously and purchase shares of the necessary equipment sensibly so that you can achieve the ideal ratio of raw material and equipment costs.

However, we believe that you will use your common sense and understand that you will not be able to maximize your profit rate if you only buy a lot of waste without any equipment.

We remind you that in order to transfer your earnings to your account balance after the completion of the full cycle, you must click on RECYCLE button and not on SELL button.

The profit amount upon selling of regrind material or granules is calculated this way through multiplying the material quantity by the revenue share. The revenue share depends on the amount of funds you have spent on equipment and varies from 25% to 50%. The material is sold at the market price on the selling day.

And remember that our company will be glad to offer you unique partnership conditions for orders from 100,000 EUR. In cases like this the negotiations will be held in our offices in Warsaw, Riga, or Lomza. The Lomza office will open on July 15. You will be able to visit our factory and we will explain you the recycling process in detail.

We would like you to understand that we haven’t announced our official opening yet due to making certain refinements and amendments in the system as well as bug fixing.
